Brian Vincent
For those who do not know me, my name is Brian Vincent, and I have been a loan officer in the Florida Panhandle for over 25 years. I moved around a lot growing up while my father served in the military. I came to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University, where I met my wife, Alia. We planted our roots here in Tallahassee and are raising a few Seminole fans along the way.
As a loan officer, I am often asked why I chose residential lending. Here is why. After graduating from Niceville High School and playing sports my entire life, I was unsure of what career path to pursue. I thought about becoming an athletic trainer and quickly realized that if I was going to study the human body, I might as well become a doctor. I eventually graduated with a degree in sports management and used it to land a position with Blazer Financial in 2001.
Around that time, my wife and I noticed that many of our friends were buying homes, and we decided to pursue homeownership as well. Our journey was not easy. I had purchased a car before buying a home, which made financing more challenging. Thankfully, we worked with a loan officer who walked us through the entire process, and we eventually became homeowners. That experience left a lasting impression on me. I realized I wanted to help others achieve that same milestone. Since then, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and families across North Florida and South Georgia achieve homeownership. The feedback I receive from clients after helping them reach their goals is what continues to drive me. That is why I work so hard to be available when you need me most.
Throughout my 25 years in residential lending, I have worked for several financial institutions while searching for one that would allow me to serve both those who believe homeownership is out of reach and those who are ready to buy, regardless of their credit profile, financial standing, or the type of home they wish to purchase. In 2024, I joined Bayshore Mortgage Funding, which allows me to offer a wide variety of loan programs that many banks do not provide. I now work alongside my daughter, Kaylen Vincent, and together we have created The Red Hills Team. Our mission is to help anyone pursue the American dream of homeownership.
